Is Coach available now?
Yes. Coach is live in limited beta — we have room for 10 athletes during early access. Sign up directly from the Coach card above. 30-day free trial, cancel anytime. Once we hit 10 beta athletes we'll open a waitlist for the next batch.
What's the difference between Rewards and Coach?
Rewards ($19/mo) is the loyalty membership — free Sunday recovery drink, 10% off retail, free flat fixes, free annual tune-up, group rides, punch card. Coach ($29/mo) includes everything in Rewards PLUS the AI training and nutrition coach. Pick Rewards if you just want DBP perks. Pick Coach if you also want training help.
Do I have to live in Durango?
For the AI Coach prescriptions: no — works anywhere. For the Rewards (free coffee, service, group rides, punch card): yes, those are redeemed in person at DBP, 225 E 8th Ave. Most members are Durango locals. If you don't live here, Rewards probably isn't right for you.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account settings — takes one tap. You keep access through the end of your billing period. No "are you sure" voicemail.
What if I'm not a hardcore cyclist?
Coach is built for anyone who rides — commuters, weekend riders, racers. Set your weekly hours target and primary focus, and the AI calibrates. "Aerobic base" focus is great for newer riders. Rewards is good for anyone who's a regular at DBP, training or not.
Does Coach work for runners too?
Yes. Coach supports running with pace zones from your 5K time, weekly mileage targets, scheduled long runs, and injury-aware progression rules. Pick "Running" or "Multisport" as your focus during signup. Strava activity required (WHOOP optional but adds HRV-based recovery precision).
How does the punch card work?
Every 10th drink purchase earns a free 12oz drink. Show your member code (DBP-YOURNAME) to staff at checkout, they log it, and after 10 logged purchases you get an automatic free drink reward in the app. No paper card to lose. (The free Sunday recovery drink doesn't count toward punches.)
Is my data private?
Yes. Your WHOOP and Strava data is used only to personalize your prescription. We don't sell it, share it, or train models on it. Read our
Privacy Policy.
